Payment & Shipping

The following conditions apply:

The delivery of the goods is worldwide. Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 5.00 € per order.
From an order value of 50,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat rate for standard shipping to foreign countries as follows: Worldwide 5,00 €
Furthermore, we offer our foreign customers a faster premium shipping with UPS on request.
From an order value of 50,00 € we deliver by standard shipping abroad free of charge.

 

Delivery times

The delivery time within Germany is a maximum of five working days. The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank and ends on the following fifth working day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

The delivery period to foreign countries is 14 working days maximum. The time limit for delivery begins to run on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting credit institution and ends on the following 14th working day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by cash on delivery

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Payment by PayPal
